  • What are your business hours?

    We are available 7-days a week from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm. We also offer 24-7 email responses to our clients.

  • How is my tax information secured?

    Your tax return information is requested by a secured link, and stored on an encrypted hard drive. 

    We do not store paper copies of returns in a filing cabinets. 

  • Will anyone else besides myself know about my personal and tax information?

    No. It is illegal for us to disclose any personal or tax information of our clients to anyone other than you.

    We will not send or share any information of our clients unless the clients request us to do so.  

  • What are the areas that your company provide service?

    Although our location is in Elk Grove, California,
    we provide services to our clients across all states in the United States. If our client resides in a foreign country but require U.S. tax services, our team would do our due diligence to serve our clients for all international tax reporting.
